What makes your oils different from other brands? Our oils are 100% cold-pressed and unrefined—direct from Moroccan cooperatives, without intermediaries. No dilution, no additives, no chemical processing. Just pure oil, as nature intended.
Are your oils truly 100% pure? Absolutely. Each bottle contains only cold-pressed oil, without additives, preservatives, or fillers. We can provide certificates of purity upon request.
Can I combine different oils? Yes, absolutely! Our oils complement each other perfectly. Start with small amounts to see how your skin reacts.
💧 Use & Application
How do I use the oils on my face?
- Cleanse your face thoroughly
- Apply 2-3 drops to damp skin (for better absorption)
- Massage gently with upward movements
- Use in the evening - during the day always with SPF on top
Can I use oil if I have oily skin? Yes! Castor oil, in particular, is perfect for oily skin. It helps balance natural sebum production. Start with 1-2 drops to get used to it.
How much should I use? Less is more. For your face, 2-3 drops is enough. For your hair: 3-5 drops along the lengths. For your body: 1 teaspoon per part.
Can I use the oils in my hair? Absolutely! Argan oil is fantastic for dry, damaged hair. Apply to damp hair, focusing on the lengths and ends. Avoid the roots if your hair is thin.
Do the oils cause breakouts? Our pure oils are non-comedogenic—they won't clog your pores. If you do get a breakout, you might be using too much or have a nut allergy (in the case of argan oil).

How quickly will I receive my order?
- 1-2 business days
Orders placed before 4pm will be shipped the same day (working days).
What are the shipping costs?
- Free shipping from €35 within the Netherlands
- Under €35: €6.95 shipping costs
Can I track my order? Yes! You'll automatically receive a track & trace code once your order has been shipped.
What if I'm not home when the delivery is due? The parcel service will try again or bring it to a collection point near you. You'll be notified if this happens.
🔄 Returns & Warranty
Can I return my order? Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Products must be unopened and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are at your own expense (€6.95).
What if I'm not satisfied? We stand behind our quality 100%. Not satisfied? Send a photo of the product and we'll work with you to find a solution.
What if my package arrives damaged? Contact us immediately! Take photos and we'll send a free replacement. Damaged packages will not be accepted by the delivery person.
Do you have a money-back guarantee? If the product is defective, you'll receive a full refund. If you're simply not satisfied, we'll refund the product minus shipping costs.
🌱 Quality & Origin
Where do your oils come from? Directly from Morocco, sourced from family businesses and women's cooperatives we know personally. Primarily from the Essaouira and Agadir regions.
What is the best way to store the oils?
- Dark, cool place (not in the refrigerator)
- Always keep the cap tightly closed
- Out of direct sunlight
- Room temperature is fine
How long do the oils last?
- Unopened: 2 years
- Opened: 12-18 months when stored properly
- Tip: Write the opening date on the bottle!
How do I know if oil is still good?
- Smell: Should smell fresh, not rancid
- Color: May become slightly darker (normal)
- Texture: Should remain smooth, not lumpy
Are the oils tested on animals? No, never! Our oils are cruelty-free and vegan. We work exclusively with ethical suppliers.
🛡️ Safety & Allergies
Could I be allergic to your oils? Possibly due to a nut allergy (argan comes from the argan nut). Always test on a small patch of skin first. If in doubt, consult your doctor.
Can pregnant women use the oils? Yes, our pure oils are safe during pregnancy. Just avoid essential oils (we don't stock them).
Are the oils safe for children? Yes, sweet almond oil is especially suitable for children's skin. Always keep out of reach of young children.

Do you have a physical store? No, we're entirely online. This keeps our costs low and our prices competitive. We do, however, regularly host pop-up events – follow us on social media!
