How to use it

• Hair: massage into a dry scalp 1 to 2 times a week, leave on for about an hour, and rinse out with a mild shampoo.
• Skin: only locally on small, dry patches such as elbows or knees. Do not use on the face or sensitive skin.
• Beard: massage a few drops in 2 to 3 times a week.
• Nails: massage into nails and cuticles 1 to 2 times a week.
