    Receive your confirmation

    We will send you a confirmation by email with the date and time of your cancellation. You then have 14 days to return the products.

You do not need to provide a reason. After your cancellation, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days, as soon as we have received the products or you have provided proof that you have sent them back.
